This course introduces the measurement of biometric data, namely neurometrics, to support creative decision-making in film productions. As the integration of neurometrics into film production is novel and under constant development, the course also supports an experimental mindset and systematically investigates possible but not yet executed scenarios.

This course is a practical walkthrough of the Cinematronic Biosignal Platform (CBP), a tool for measuring audience reactions with GSR, heart rate, and eye tracking. You will learn to set up a test environment, run a study with sensors, and connect viewer feedback to creative choices. Based on a real student case, the lessons show how to prepare, record, and interpret data to support editing, sound, and storytelling.

This course introduces the KreaTech learning platform and explains its main structure, which includes courses, modules, and lessons. While it is primarily intended for teachers, showing them how to create and organize content and how students interact with it on the platform, students are welcome to participate. By the end of the course, you will understand KreaTech’s hierarchy and the practical steps needed to create clear, reusable, and accessible learning materials.
