Request Free Access to KreaTech

This lesson explains how students and teachers can request free access to KreaTech, which is free for film and media students.

Logging in and Navigating the Admin Panel

This lesson introduces the KreaTech Admin Panel, the teacher-facing interface. It explains the basic terminology, how to log in, navigate the dashboard, and use collections such as Courses, Modules, Lessons, and Authors. By the end, you will be ready to make your own content and share it with the world!

Creating your First Author

This course teaches how to appropriately attribute content in KreaTech by ensuring every course, lesson, and news article is linked to an Author. It distinguishes between Users (administrators) and Authors (the visible records).

Creating your First Lesson

The next step in developing a course in KreaTech is creating Lessons. A Lesson in KreaTech is the smallest self-contained teaching unit. Unlike Modules or Courses, which organise larger structures, each Lesson stands alone with a clear focus. Lessons use a rich text editor to combine text, media, and resources, and can include optional quizzes to engage students and check understanding.

This model is hands-on and focuses on the practical steps for creating and managing content. The first lesson explains how to gain access to the platform and start producing content. The second lesson introduces teachers to the Admin Panel, where all content creation takes place. It covers the login process and the layout of collections such as Courses, Modules, Lessons, and Authors.

The modules also covers the terminology used in the Admin Panel, and how to define prerequisites and learning objectives, which provide students with essential context before they begin.
